Cooking since she could reach a countertop, Anissa Falcon has always had a passion for food.  Her early career in the culinary industry taught her to appreciate food for its cultural and artistic value, but also inspired her to learn more about the science behind it. She graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She brings her outgoing personality and love of bringing people together to her position at Natural Grocers. Anissa is always excited to see what's new in the produce department, and is guilty of spending most of her vitamin bucks on matcha. When not at work, you can find her spending lots of time at the beach or in the cookbook aisle of a local bookstore.
