Brooke Beier graduated from Washington State University in Spokane, Washington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Brooke has been passionate about nutrition and holistic wellness most of her life and believes nutrient dense foods and lifestyle choices can be the best medicine. She started at Natural Grocers as the Vitamin Manager and is thrilled to be able guide and educate others in the pursuit of their personal health goals as the Nutritional Health Coach.
