Kimberly Stillwell graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a focus in dietetics.  A passion for nutrition and wellness was developed through her own life experiences and a true desire to understand what holistic health really meant.  As a Nutritional Health Coach for Natural Grocers, she is dedicated in sharing knowledge with her community and supporting their journey to stronger health and wellbeing.  Health is key, and is developed through building healthy habits, one step at a time.  Kimberly loves spending time in nature, researching nutrition and healthy habits, experimenting with food in the kitchen, and spending time with her family and friends.
