Susan Gamby received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas, and an Associate Degree of Applied Science Dietetic Technology from Front Range Community College in Colorado. She also received teacher certifications in Elementary Education with an ESL endorsement from Missouri and Kansas. Susan has served the public as a registered dietetic technician, elementary teacher, and as a community health worker. She is excited to share Natural Grocer’s science based nutritional knowledge while providing outstanding customer service to the greater Overland Park area. She is passionate about helping others to achieve their best possible health and overall wellness, while understanding and meeting the unique needs of each individual. In her free time, Susan loves to read (and learn), enjoys the outdoors, plays with her fur babies, and spends quality time with her husband
and two daughters.
