1/2 cup
1⁄2 cup Natural Grocers® Brand Raw and Unfiltered Clover Honey
1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Red Chili Flakes
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  1. Place the honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a light simmer then remove from heat. Stir to combine and allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
  2. For a smooth texture, strain the honey through a fine mesh strainer to remove the chili flakes.
  3. Store in a clean airtight container in a cool dark place and eat within three months for best quality.
