2 cups Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup
1⁄3 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Almond Butter (or preferred nut or seed butter)
2 teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons matcha powder (premium grade with a bright green color)
10-12 medium organic strawberries
Optional for topping
¼ cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Slivered Almonds, Roasted Pistachios, Organic Hemp Seeds, or Organic Fine Shredded Coconut
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, and almond butter to a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and white chocolate chips together. Add the matcha powder and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet then drizzle the melted matcha-white chocolate mixture over the yogurt and spread out. You can also use a knife to make swirls, just gently pull the tip of the knife over the top of the mixture.
  5. Cut the strawberries into thin round slices and top the yogurt mixture evenly.
  6. If you are using any optional toppings, sprinkle them over the top. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until frozen.
  7. Carefully cut the yogurt bark into 16-20 pieces. Store in the freezer in a sealed stasher bag or container with an airtight lid. Will last up to three months in the freezer.
