We've made some updates to {N}power - FAQ's

Points will no longer be printed at the bottom of your receipt.  Instead, you may now find your {N}power points total at naturalgrocers.com/npower.  The new shopper dashboard shows the total points earned, rewards available, and past transactions all in one convenient view. 

We will not be making any immediate changes to the {N}power Points/Tier Levels.

You will continue to receive an email notifying you that you have earned a reward. You will simply need to click on that email or visit the Natural Grocers website at naturalgrocers.com/npower to load the reward to their {N}power account.

When you click on your {N}power email to load an offer, the website will acknowledge that you have successfully loaded the offer. However, to visually see the loaded offer, you will need to log in to your Dashboard each time. This is an additional security feature that helps protect your {N}power account.

During the software transition in February 2019, you may experience missing points and missing rewards. This is especially likely if you shop at multiple stores, where you may earn points at a different location that has not yet been transitioned. Your points and rewards period will continue to be the same as before, with all points resetting at the end of the period.

  • You do not need to take any action.
  • In March of 2019, all earned points will be consolidated, and your earned rewards will be honored. 
  • The same consolidation will occur for {N}power Clubs, and your earned rewards will be honored once the consolidation is completed in March 2019.

Visit naturalgrocers.com/npower and navigate to your {N}power dashboard under “My Account.” Once there, you will see a tab called “Coupons.” You will be able to clip as many coupons as you would like, and they are automatically loaded to your {N}power account.
