Cindy Kneale graduated from Park University in Parkville, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness. She went on to acquire a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Cindy's passion is to support people to take responsibility for their own wellness, help get them in touch with their intuition, and help them move towards holistic health. When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her in the kitchen creating and trying new recipes.
