Colleen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of New Mexico. She also holds a certification in Nutrition and Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Colleen has worked in various capacities, including weight loss and nutritional health coaching in a private clinical setting, integrating organic nutritional health at Presbyterian Hospital Community Health Services, and with a mobile local farmer’s market for the international districts of New Mexico. Colleen also has a public speaking background as an education coordinator for Business Networking International. Colleen has a passion for empowering people to learn, grow, and implement simple steps to improve their health and wellness. When she is not in the Natural Grocers store you can find her exercising at the gym, or out walking her cute, little dog, Kala.
