Kresta Blanque is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Primal Health Coach. She began her career in business, earning an associate’s degree in Business Management from Eastern Oklahoma State College and managing her family’s retail business for over 20 years. In 2018, she returned to school at the Nutritional Therapy Association to pursue a certification in Holistic Nutrition. She then opened her own brick-and-mortar health and wellness business for several years before moving to Oklahoma City in 2024 and becoming a Natural Health Coach for Natural Grocers.
