Lauriena Cruz is a Certified Nutritional Consultant and Nutritional Therapist through the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy in Ensenada, California, and graduated from the Health Science Academy in the UK. Throughout her career, she has held management roles and served as a certified trainer and customer service specialist in the corporate restaurant industry. After watching her father battle and succumb to cancer, she committed her life to helping others discover and live their healthiest life possible.
