Scott Helzer received a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. He has also completed a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northern Arizona University, along with an associate's degree in Exercise Science from Mesa Community College. As a nutrition health coach at Natural Grocers, Scott is passionate about improving the health of individuals and the community through nutrition and health education. The goal is to empower you to optimize health while practicing moderation. In his spare time, he enjoys getting out into nature for great adventures.
