Loaded Hummus

Turn your hummus game up a notch with this Loaded Hummus. It is simple and quick to make—choose your favorite toppings, load it up, and stand back while it gets devoured. Serve with fresh, crisp organic vegetables for healthy dipping in the most enjoyable way.

2 cups
1 (10-ounce) package of your favorite pre-made hummus
Choose 1/4 - 1/2 cup of as many of the following topping options as you like:
Organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Organic cucumber, peeled if desired, and diced
Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Roasted Red Pepper Strips, diced
1⁄2 small organic red onion, diced or sliced into half moons
1⁄2 cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Pitted Green or Kalamata Olives, sliced in half
Fresh organic herbs, finely chopped (try dill, parsley, mint, or basil)
Natural Grocers Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Organic feta cheese (or dairy-free vegan alternative)
  1. Spread the hummus in a 1/2-inch thick layer in a shallow bowl or on a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle your chosen toppings decoratively over the hummus.
  3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours before serving with your favorite cut organic vegetables and gluten-free crackers.
