Rachael Couch graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Rachael took an interest in nutrition at a young age and, ever since has been a supportive coach to those around her. What she likes to do most is assist individuals in achieving a healthy balance of physical, mental, and emotional wellness. When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her outside – hiking, biking, or running!
