Credit Card Transaction Alert

If you shopped with us on February 26, 2021 and used credit or debit, it is possible that your transaction was declined by our processor, Fiserv.  Fiserv has rerun the declined transactions this last week and if your transaction on February 26 never processed, you will see a charge from Natural Grocers between April 30th-May 5th.   

On February 26, 2021, Fiserv experienced an issue which resulted in customers of Natural Grocers not being properly charged for orders paid for by debit and credit card. This was determined to be a Fiserv-owned issue, and corrective action was taken to address it. Fiserv reprocessed the associated credit card transactions starting on April 30th through May 5th, 2021. These transactions were submitted with the original transaction date of February 26th, but would have reflected on customer statements with the April 30th through May 5th, 2021 dates.  We recognize this error, and the timeline associated with recovery, has resulted in a negative client experience for both Natural Grocers and its customers, and we sincerely apologize.
