Mary has her Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance and is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor with the Functional Nutrition Alliance. For several years, Mary has been coaching and teaching nutrition classes emphasizing permanent, sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes to improve health. Being a Natural Grocers Nutritional Health Coach combines many of her passions – food and well-being. When Mary is not working at Natural Grocers, she loves to sew, quilt, read, hike, play games, and spend time with her children.
