Sara graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Since her teen years, she has been dedicated to learning how nutrition can transform health, promote healing, and guide people towards optimal wellbeing. As a firm believer in the phrase, "you are what you eat", Sara is passionate about advocating for high-quality, clean, chemical- and cruelty- free food, and utilizes an individualized, evidence-based, and holistic approach when offering nutritional advice. In her spare time, Sara enjoys baking, reading, and finding new ways to cook nutritious and delicious meals.
