What is {N}power?

{N}power is the new Customer Appreciation Program at Natural Grocers.  Once you join you’ll gain access to digital coupons, offers and rewards – all by providing your phone number at checkout.

Account Management

How do I create an account?

  1. Go to NaturalGrocers.com/join
  2. Register your phone number & email address
  3. Use your phone number each time you shop

What information is needed to create an account?

Just a valid email address (to receive emails) and a phone number (your account number).

What are the benefits of entering my phone number at checkout?

To earn rewards and redeem digital coupons and reward loaded to your account.

How do I log into my {N}power account

  1. Click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner of any page.
  2. Enter your email address or phone number plus your password.
  3. Click on the “My Account” icon again and then click on the red {N}power button.

How do I reset my password

  1. Make sure to add contact@naturalgrocers.comto your email’s safe senders list.
  2. Enter your email address on the following page: https://www.naturalgrocers.com/my-account/lost-password/
  3. Find your password reset email in your inbox. The subject will be “Password Reset for Natural Grocers.”  Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
  4. Click on the link provided in the email
  5. Set your new password and save.

Can I unsubscribe from {N}power emails?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from {N}power emails at any time, however, you WILL NOT receive any of your rewards or offers from the program.

Can I delete my {N}power account?

No, but you can unsubscribe from emails and remove your phone number from your account. You can also decline entering your number at checkout. Your account will be available if you return.

How do I change my phone number?

Log into your account on NaturalGrocers.com to update your phone number.

Earning Points & Punches

How do I earn Points?

At checkout, enter your phone number before you complete your transaction.  Every time you shop at Natural Grocers, you will earn points for every pre-tax dollar spent. Once a point threshold is met, you will automatically receive an email notifying you that the corresponding reward is available to load to your account. As you continue to earn points, you will continue to work towards the next reward.

How do I earn Punches?

You earn punches by meeting the requirements of our club programs.  Once you have met the conditions of a club, you earn a punch.  Earn enough punches and you will receive a reward specific to that club.

Do my Points expire?

Yes, points will reset to zero at the end of every quarter on June 30th, September 30th, December 31st & March 31st.

If I forget to use my phone number during my transaction can I still get my points?

No, your phone number must be entered before your transaction is finalized to receive {N}power benefits.

Can I earn points while {N}power system is offline?

No, the system is required to be online to use {N}power program.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my rewards?

Once you have reached a reward threshold, you will receive a {N}power reward email.  Open that email, and click “Load to Account” and it will be saved. Just provide your phone number the next time you checkout, and your reward will be applied to that transaction.

Missing your {N}power reward emails?

  1. First check your spam folder for emails from naturalgrocers@email.reachoffers.com
  2. Make sure to also add naturalgrocers@email.reachoffers.com to your safe senders list.

Do I have to wait before a reward is available on my account?

No, as soon as you have loaded your reward via your reward email, it is available immediately.

Do my Rewards expire?

Your earned rewards expire a month after the new cycle begins on July 31, October 31, January 31 & April 30.

Coupons

How do I save a coupon to my account?

To save a coupon to your account, click “Load to Account” and it will be saved. It will then be available for you to use the next time you checkout.

Is there a limit on the number of coupons I can load to my account?

No.

How do I know when an offer or coupon has been redeemed?

Your savings will be shown on your receipt. The offer/ coupon will no longer be available in your account and will be moved to “REDEEMED” in your account.

Do coupons expire?

Yes, expiration dates appear on each coupon. Expired coupons will be deleted from your account automatically.

How often will there be new digital coupons available?

Digital coupons will arrive periodically, so please check the portal often.

Can I use a digital coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?

Savings are limited to one coupon of any type (digital OR paper) per item purchased.

Can I delete offers or coupons from my account?

No, however, if you do not purchase the item(s) then the offer/coupon will disappear at expiration.

Do I have to wait before the coupon is available?

No, items loaded to your account are available immediately.

What do I do if a coupon does not redeem at the register?

We’ll rely on in-store employees answer questions regarding {N}power. However, there may be times when issues cannot be handled at the store-level. In these instances, customer service inquiries should be directed to our contact us page.

If I return an item for which I received a discount, can I reuse my offer/coupon the next time I shop?

No, once an offer/coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

If my transaction is voided after my phone number is entered, will the coupon still be available for me to use?

Yes, as long as the transaction has not been finalized, you can use the coupon in a future shopping trip.

Do I have to print my offers and coupons?

No, you must load them to your account to redeem. Printing or showing coupons on your mobile device will not be accepted.
