Neurosculpting is a 5 Step meditation process that can help individuals release the grip of old habits and patterns and train their brain to create new and more supportive patterns habits and behaviors. Begin with a discussion about the brain, what it's preferences are for optimal health, including foods that are beneficial we will touch on the brain/gut connection and end with a Neurosculpting grounding meditation.
