Emily Hosch graduated from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. She went to college unsure of what to pursue, but always knew she wanted to help people feel their most confident. She has experience as a dietary aide, working alongside a registered dietitian, and as an intern at a weight loss clinic. She believes in the saying "everything in moderation" and finding a healthy, achievable balance for each of our unique lifestyles. When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her spending all her free time with her loved ones!
