Jessie Kreutzer graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and worked in emergency and specialty veterinary medicine for many years. She then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver. She worked in the biomedical field and aerospace industry for several years before making the career change to combine her passion of continually learning about biology and physiology, with her desire to support people in her community to live their best lives through health and wellness education. When not at Natural Grocers she can be found either manicuring her planted aquarium, or outside for a trail run, any time of year.
