What is {N}power?

{N}power is Natural Grocers' FREE loyalty program. Once you join, you’ll gain access to digital coupons, offers and rewards – all by providing your phone number at checkout.

{N}power Account

The easiest way is on the app!

  1. Download Natural Grocers mobile app
  2. Click on “Create Account”
  3. Enter a valid email address – this is the email address where we will send your {N}power offers
  4. Enter a phone number – this will be the phone number that you will enter during checkout to get discounts
  5. Create a password
  6. Select your Preferred Store
  7. Click “Create Account”

Alternatively, go to our Join page and follow the same steps as above.

The mobile app will take you right there! After logging in, you will see your {N}power information like points, coupons, transaction history and more on the home page.

Or on the website:

  1. Click on the {N} Account link the top right corner of the homepage
  2. Enter your email address, password, and click the “Sign In Now” button
  3. Click on “My Account”
  4. This will load your Profile where you can review and edit your information
  5. To access coupons and offers, click the “{N}power Dashboard” link
  1. Enter your email address on the following page: https://www.naturalgrocers.com/user/password
  2. Find your password reset email in the inbox of the email address you used when you signed up. The subject will be “Password Reset for Natural Grocers.”  Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
  3. Click on the link provided in the email
  4. Set your new password and save

On the mobile app, follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign into the app, if you’re not already signed in when you open it.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner to open My Profile
  3. Click on the edit icon (pencil line drawing)
  4. Change your phone number (or email or password!)
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click “Save”

Alternatively, you can make changes on the website:

  1. Log into your account on www.naturalgrocers.com
  2. In the “My Profile” section, click the “Edit My Information” button
  3. On the following page, change your information in the Phone Number field
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save” button

Enter your phone number during checkout on the pin pad where a credit/debit card is used. You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent. You will also receive any {N}power-only prices on products like eggs and avocados, as well as coupons you added to your account.

First, check your junk/spam folder to see if emails are being filtered there and make sure to add [email protected] to your email’s safe senders list. If you continue to not receive emails, please use https://www.naturalgrocers.com/contact to submit your inquiry.

Yes, you can unsubscribe from {N}power emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note: if you unsubscribe you will not receive notification of rewards or offers from the program. You are able to clip $2 point rewards directly from the mobile app under “My Progress” or log in into your account from the website and navigate to your dashboard to add them to your account.

If you would like to stop using the {N}power program, don’t enter your phone number during checkout and unsubscribe from emails. If you would like to delete your account permanently, please go to https://www.naturalgrocers.com/contact to submit your request.


Every time you shop and enter your phone number into the pin pad, every pre-taxed dollar you spend will earn 1 point in your {N}power account. Points will round to the nearest dollar, so anything over 50¢ will give you 1 point.

When you reach 200 points, you will receive a $2 reward sent to your email to load to your account. Your points will continue to accumulate, and every 200 points is a $2 reward, up to 10,000 points.

No, any points below 200 that have not converted to a $2 reward will carry over each quarter in a calendar year. You will continue to accumulate points towards the next $2 reward. At the end of the year, all points will reset to 0.

You need to enter the phone number you used to sign up during checkout in order to receive points on the purchase to your account. If not, you will not receive points for that transaction. If you did not receive points for your transaction and would like to, please visit https://www.naturalgrocers.com/contact to submit your inquiry.


Once you reach 200 points, you will receive an {N}power reward email. You will need to load this reward to your account from the email or log onto your dashboard on the mobile app or website to add it to your account. The next time you shop and enter your phone number, you will redeem the reward.

First, check your spam folder for emails from [email protected]. Make sure to add that email address to your safe senders list. Second, log into your {N}power account on the mobile app or on www.naturalgrocers.com under the {N} in the top-right corner then click "Communication Preferences." Your earned rewards expire 1 month after the new quarter begins on January 31st, April 30th, July 31st & October 31st.


You can find {N}power coupons in your email inbox almost every week, as well as in your {N}power Dashboard on the mobile app or website.

It’s the homepage of our mobile app! The status of your points, available coupons, transaction details, and more ways to save!

Alternatively, log into your {N}power account on www.naturalgrocers.com under the {N} in the top-right corner, then click “{N}power Dashboard” link at the top of the Profile page.

To save a coupon to your account, click “Clip” or “Add” and it will be viewable in “Clipped Coupons” on the app or “My Offers” on your web browser dashboard. It will then be available for you to use the next time you shop.

There is no limit. You can add as many as you like!

Your savings will be shown on your receipt. The offer/coupon will no longer be available to use and will be moved to “REDEEMED” in your account.

Yes, expiration dates appear on each coupon. Expired coupons will be moved automatically to the “Expired” section of “Clipped Coupons” on the app or “My Offers” on your web browser dashboard.

We email our members weekly deals which can be loaded to your account. There are also manufacturer coupons which are also available to clip.

Savings are limited to one coupon of any type (digital OR paper) per item purchased.

Coupons are removed from your account after they are used when you check out and enter your phone number in the pin pad or after their expiration date.

Typically, coupons that you load to your account are available immediately; however periodically you may have the opportunity to view upcoming coupons and clip them early. Be sure to check the valid dates before shopping.

Ask your cashier about it and they may be able to take care of it right then. However, there may be times when issues cannot be handled at the store-level. In these instances, customer service inquiries should be directed to our Contact Us page: www.naturalgrocers.com/contact

No, once an offer/coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

Yes, as long as the transaction has not been finalized, you can use the coupon during a future shopping trip.

There’s no need to print your {N}power coupons you added electronically. {N}power discounts are paperless and are applied to your purchase when you enter your phone number during checkout.
