Connecting Mind, Body and Soul with Breathwork and Journaling

Details:

We will begin with Introductions, then complete 2-3 Breathing Meditations, Writing Prompts, and sharing what came up during the breathing and journaling. The most important aspect of the practice is to enjoy, allow what shows up to show up, along with loving and supporting your body to your best ability.You will leave with a greater understanding of how the breath can support you during stressful situations.
