Lindsey Anderson earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado. With over two decades of experience in the medical field, including her work in Clinical Research and as a Certified Lactation Counselor, she brings a well-rounded perspective to holistic wellness. Outside her professional endeavors, she values time with her family and friends, being outdoors and exploring her love for the arts through painting.  Lindsey is passionate about providing accessible nutrition education to people from all walks of life and believes in balancing evidence-based science with each individuals unique needs. Known for her approachable nature and ability to truly listen, she is deeply committed to supporting the well-being of her local community.
