After becoming a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and following her passion to encourage and educate others on the benefits of good nutrition, Tammy opened a Fitness Testing/Health Coaching business in Las Vegas. She worked with people of all health and fitness levels, from elite athletes to people with chronic health issues. Specializing in Low Carb/Keto nutrition.  After returning to the Tri Cities to be close to family, she wanted to continue helping others. At Natural Grocers, Tammy is happy to provide outstanding customer service while helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. In her free time, Tammy enjoys collecting and reading antique books, weaving, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband and extended family.
