With the New Year quickly upon us, New Year’s resolutions are fresh on everyone’s minds. For many people, the end of the year is a time to take a personal inventory and reflect on how the year was for you, then make goals for the next year to keep on improving.
Exercise is amazingly healthy. Not only can exercise strengthen your muscles, but the more you do it, things like your nerves become better at controlling your movement, and subsequently you’ll begin to support long-term nervous system and even brain health. Similarly, your hormones, immune system, metabolism, and even digestion all respond and adapt to exercise to improve your overall health.
Choosing between candy-filled plastic eggs and dyed hard-boiled eggs is a nutritional no-brainer! Now, with the fun of the hunt behind us, I have dozens of hard-boiled eggs to make into delectable delights my family will not get tired of.
