8 ounces Natural Grocers Brand Coffee, Freshly Ground
1 tablespoon ghee, or unsalted pastured butter
1 teaspoon MCT oil, or coconut oil
  Optional add-ins: , collagen, unsweetened almond milk, spices such as cinnamon or cardamom, and stevia

1. Add healthy fats to hot coffee in an appropriately sized mug and process with an Aerolatte until foamy and well mixed. A blender or immersion blender can work if you do not have an Aerolatte.

2. This is a starter recipe. Experiment to find your favorite blend by adding up to 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, up to 2 tablespoons MCT oil or coconut oil, and any of the optional additions below.
