1. Add healthy fats to hot coffee in an appropriately sized mug and process with an Aerolatte until foamy and well mixed. A blender or immersion blender can work if you do not have an Aerolatte.
2. This is a starter recipe. Experiment to find your favorite blend by adding up to 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, up to 2 tablespoons MCT oil or coconut oil, and any of the optional additions below.
Optional additions: collagen, unsweetened almond milk, spices such as cinnamon or cardamom, and stevia.
