In Ayurveda, the science of life and the world's oldest healthcare system, food is medicine. During the winter-to-spring transition, we look to nature to help guide our food choices and methods of preparation as we shed the old and find renewal and regeneration. In this workshop, we will discuss seasonal eating for our unique constitutions while experiencing a cooking demonstration and enjoying samples to eat.
