In this class you will be introduced to various techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. You willlearn breathing techniques and how to create a C.R.A.P. Board, a revolutionary and fun technique for eliminating lifes conflicts, resistances, anxieties, and procrastinations. (C.R.A.P.). You will also be introduced to some basic guided visualization and how to use it to regain emotional control over your life.
