Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz for 20-30 seconds until frothy (an immersion blender works well too). Don’t stir it! Coffee is water based and if you stir it instead of blending it the fats will sit on top and your first sip will be pure fat.
This is a starter recipe. Experiment to find your favorite blend by adding up to 2 tablespoons of butter, up to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and varying the quantity of coffee up to 12 ounces. You can also switch out coconut oil for MCT oil, and can add collagen peptides from grass-fed cows, coconut cream or coconut milk, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, or stevia to taste.
