Start your day with a delicious brain boost! The MCT oil and ghee in this Keto Coffee add a delectable creaminess while also enhancing the brain energy-boost of the caffeine.

Coffee
8 ounces Ground Coffe, Freshly Grounded
1 tablespoon ghee, or unsalted pastured butter
1 teaspoon MCT oil, or coconut oil
Creamer
1 ounce Milk
1 pinch cinnamon, freshly grounded
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add healthy fats to hot coffee in an appropriately sized mug and process with an Aerolatte until foamy and well mixed. A blender or immersion blender can work if you do not have an Aerolatte.
  1. This is a starter recipe. Experiment to find your favorite blend by adding up to 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, up to 2 tablespoons MCT oil or coconut oil, and any of the optional additions below.

Optional additions: collagen, unsweetened almond milk, spices such as cinnamon or cardamom, and stevia.
