Details:

In this class I will discuss key principles for slow running for long term health.  Mindset, form, self-care and nutritional concepts will be included in this class.  Brenyn has been enjoying running for over 40 years and has been a holistic healthcare provider for 24 of those years. It is his hope that he can continue to run strong and inspire others to do so as well for many years to come.
