No-Bake Fruit and Yogurt Tart

For the crust
1 1⁄2 cups Natural Grocers® Brand Bulk Organic Pecan Pieces
1⁄2 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Dates (Deglet, Halawi, or Medjool)
1 1⁄2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
1⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt
For the filling
  10-12 ounces of your favorite plain organic yogurt
1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup
For the topping
  1 ½ - 2 cups any combination of organic kiwis, berries, grapes, bananas, and/or apricots
  fresh organic mint (optional for garnish)

1. Pulse the crust ingredients in a food processor until they are crumbly and the mixture starts to hold together. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan evenly. Transfer the prepared crust to the refrigerator.

2. Prep your chosen fruit.

3. Stir the maple syrup into the yogurt and mix until well combined.

4. Spread the yogurt evenly into the prepared crust. Arrange the fruit over the yogurt in any design you like and garnish with mint, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to an hour.
