Chocolate Powerhouse Pudding Recipe

A healthy dessert? You got it! This incredibly quick and easy chocolate pudding truly is a powerhouse of nutrients and healthy fats, and so decadent. Go ahead and indulge… without the guilt!

1 cup
1 medium ripe banana
1 medium ripe avocado
1⁄4 cup cup Natural Grocers coconut oil
1⁄4 cup Natural Grocers bulk cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Natural Grocers raw honey
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract, optional
  pinch, salt
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, in a medium mixing bowl, mash the banana (and avocado if using) with a fork until it’s smooth, with minimal lumps. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined and a smooth, pudding-like texture develops.
