Hummus & Feta Cucumber Bites
1 medium organic cucumber
1⁄2 cup hummus (any flavor you like)
15 medium fresh organic basil leaves
8 organic cherry or grape tomatoes
3 tablespoons Crumbled organic feta cheese
Natural Grocers® Brand Bulk Real Salt and Organic Ground Black Pepper , to taste
Everything Bagel Hummus Cucumber Bites
1 medium organic cucumber
1⁄2 cup hummus (any flavor you like)
2 teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Everything Bagel Blend
Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt, to taste
Spicy Hummus Dip
1⁄2 cup hummus (any flavor you like)
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce (or add to taste)
1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Taco Seasoning Blend
Gluten-free crackers, chips, and/or crudité for serving

Hummus & Feta Cucumber Bites:

Makes: approximately 15 cucumber bites
Prep: 12 min. | Total: 12 min.

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber and tomatoes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into ¼-inch-thick slices and cut each tomato in half.
  3. Spread about ½ - 1 teaspoon of hummus on each cucumber slice.
  4. Top the hummus with a basil leaf and a tomato half.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and season with salt and pepper.

 

Everything Bagel Hummus Cucumber Bites

Makes: approximately 15 cucumber bites
Prep: 7 min. | Total: 7 min.

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber. Cut into ¼-inch-thick slices.
  2. Use a cake decorating piping tool to pipe about 1 teaspoon of hummus onto each slice of cucumber. Alternatively, use a spoon to add the hummus.
  3. Sprinkle with the Everything Bagel seasoning. Add salt to taste.

 

Spicy Hummus Dip

Makes: 1/2 cup
Prep: 5 min. | Total: 5 min.

  1. Stir the hummus and sriracha together in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish, drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle the taco seasoning over the top.
  3. Serve with crackers, chips, or crudité.
