1 (16-ounce) bag of Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Frozen Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, or Mixed Berries)
1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Almond Flour
1 cup chopped Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Nuts (Macadamia, Walnut, or Pecan)
1⁄4 cup ghee or butter from grass-fed cows, melted (plus more for greasing the baking dish)
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup (or sub sugar-free monk fruit-based maple syrup for a keto version)
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Cinnamon
Optional for serving
Whipped organic cream or whipped coconut cream (from one can Natural Grocers Brand Organic Original Coconut Milk, refrigerated overnight)
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8” x 8” or larger baking dish with ghee or butter.
  2. Place berries in baking dish.
  3. Combine almond flour, nuts, ghee, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Use your hands and mix until it makes a crumbly topping.
  4. With your hands, sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and berries are bubbling.
  6. Top with whipped cream or whipped coconut cream if desired for serving.
