Brain Boost Smoothie Recipe

1 cup coconut milk, canned, full fat prefered
1⁄2 cup frozen mango chunks
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted, if needed, run the jar under hot water to melt
1 tablespoon lecithin
2 tablespoons whey protein powder, or 1 scoop

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
