Cumin Spiced Black Beans Recipe

1 black beans, 15 oz can, drained
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons EVOO, or coconut oil
1 cup tomato sauce, or more as needed
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1. Drain black beans.

2. Mince garlic.

3. Heat olive oil garlic and cumin in a frying pan over moderate heat, stirring until fragrant.

4. Add black beans, marinara, and salt and cook, stirring until beans are heated through. Reduce sauce. Stir in cilantro.
