Frozen Virgin Kombucha Daiquiri


An icy cold strawberry daiquiri mocktail is the perfect refreshing beverage for hot summer days and nights. Made with frozen strawberries, kombucha, and coconut water, this drink is not only delicious, it’s healthy too!

4 (6-ounce servings)
1⁄2 cup coconut water
1 1⁄2 cups Natural Grocers Brand Organic Frozen Strawberries, (~3/4 of a 16-ounce bag)
1 organic lime, slice 4 thin rounds for garnish and press the rest to obtain 2-3 tablespoons juice
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup
1 14-ounce Natural Grocers Brand Organic Kombucha , (Raspberry Hibiscus, Ginger, Ginger Lemonade, or Sweet Lavender flavor)
1 cup ice
  Optional garnishes: fresh organic strawberries and/or fresh organic mint

1. Add the coconut water, strawberries, lime juice, and maple syrup to a blender. Slowly pour the kombucha down the side of the blender to help preserve the bubbles, and blend for 30 seconds to one minute. Add the ice and blend until ice is crushed and the consistency is slushy.

2. Pour into glasses, garnish each glass with a lime round and optional strawberries and mint, and serve immediately.
