  • 1 Fillet of wild salmon, (boneless)
  • 1/2 bunch(s) Organic asparagus
  • 1/2 cup(s) Organic red onion, diced
  • 1/2 Medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Dill
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Rosemary
  • 1 tsp(s) Organic butter
  • 0 Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small, greased casserole dish, place salmon, vegetables and herbs; add butter in small pieces and drizzle olive oil on top. Cover tightly with foil and place in oven for 25-30 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
