  • 1/2 cup(s) coconut sugar
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) frozen blueberries, 1 cup thawed, and 1/2 cup kept frozen for garnish
  • 3/4 cup(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ounce(s) citrus or berry kombucha
  • 33 ounce(s) sparkling water

Directions
  1. Start by making blueberry simple syrup. Combine the coconut sugar and the water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  1. Stir in 1 cup thawed blueberries and bring to a boil.
  1. Reduce heat and simmer until blueberries have broken down, about 3-4 minutes.
  1. Strain the blueberry mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve and let cool.
  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice, kombucha, and sparkling water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
  1. Fill pint-size mason jars with ice and frozen blueberries, followed by the lemonade. Twist the lids on and place in the cooler to go.
