  • 1 pound(s) organic carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1/4 cup(s) honey
  • organic, fresh ginger root, 1" piece, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 tsp(s) sea salt

Directions

Fill bottom of steamer with 2” water and bring to a boil. Add carrots to steamer basket, cover and steam 5-8 minutes. Drain. Put carrots in warm serving dish.  Add honey, ginger and sea salt. Stir to evenly coat.
