  • 1 can salmon, drained, bones removed
  • 2 tbsp(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp(s) sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp(s) sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp(s) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 dash(s) sriracha, or chili paste
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into rounds

Directions

In a medium bowl, break up the salmon with a fork. Mix all ingredients with the salmon except the avocado. Taste and season to your liking. Gently mix in avocado. Spoon onto cucumber rounds and serve immediately.
