1. Peel and cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and dice the whites into ¼-inch pieces.
2. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in the whites and remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.
4. Serve over salad greens, in a lettuce wrap, or on bread for sandwiches.
